Turnovers

Introduction to a favorite               What we avoid                                What we use

Our turnovers are one of our most popular products at farmer's markets.  They have become a weekly "habit" for many of our regular visitors.  Watch out or you just might get hooked too!

Delicious and purposefully made with good health in mind.  We are happy not to add any sugar or use butter or margarine in making

these tasty treats.  There are no preservatives added either.

A turnover is essentially a pie.  We bake them in our commercial kitchen using sweet fuji apples, bartlett pears, raspberries, and peaches.  We also use olive oil, wheat and whole wheat flour.
